Summary of our our terms

  1. Carers will only undertake tasks agreed in the Plan of Care, any extra tasks asked of carers must be authorized by the agencies Manager
  2. Plans of Care will be reviewed six monthly
  3. All requests for services should be made through the agency alone
  4. Any cleaning materials or equipment which may be required must be supplied by the service user
  5. Carers have right to refuse to use any electrical or mechanical equipment if they should appear unsafe, the service user holds the responsibility of maintenance and supply of any such items
  6. No liability will be accepted by the agency for unservicability or misuse of the above mentioned
  7. The agency cannot accept responsibility for dishonesty, negligence or personal misconduct on the part of any care worker
  8. Services will be withdrawn should a service user discriminate against a carer on the grounds of race, gender, colour, beliefs or sex
  9. Violence against a care worker, whether verbal, physical or implied will not be accepted nor will sexual or racial harassment
  10. Cancellation of visits or services will be charged for the following three day period if three days notice of intention to cancel has not been given
