The Harris Telephone welfare check is part of the CCS Harris Homecare service.
It is useful respite for family members who are going on holiday and don’t want to be tied to phoning their relative every day.
By using the Harris telephone service you can be rest assured that their relative is safe and well, with fail safe measures in place in case something is wrong.
Off Peak: Monday – Friday 9am-5pm
On Peak: Evenings from 5pm and weekends
The telephone welfare check follows the flow chart below. It will be operated by office staff during office hours and by on call staff during the evenings and at weekends.
As part of our Harris homecare service CCS offer a telephone welfare check. This could be to:
- Make sure the customer is safely up and out of bed
- Has taken their medication
- Is safely in bed
- Or just to see how their day is going and if they are generally ok.
