Homecare Service Requirement
Louisa has Parkinson’s disease and has been using Complete Care Services for two years. She lives with her daughter Jane, who felt she was no longer able to care for her mother without help.
How we helped
Having a dedicated team of homecare support workers mean that Jane is able to get out of the house for a few hours every week safe in the knowledge that Louisa is being cared for.
Our support worker also visits every morning to help Louisa to get out of bed, washed and dressed, and again every evening to help her get into bed. Louisa has a physiotherapy programme that she needs to follow every day, Louisa’s support worker helps with this every day to ensure she maintains her mobility.
Jane also has peace of mind that should she be unable to care for her mother at any time due to illness or an accident, that the domiciliary care team from Complete Care Services would be able to step in and continue to care for Louisa in her own home.
