Situation
Lottie is 72 years old and over recent months has found it increasing difficult to dust and hoover her house.
Care Package
She decided to give CCS a call to see if that was a home care service we provide. Cleaning is one of the services we provide so one of our helpful staff went to see Lottie to give her more information.
Lottie decided to have a home care support worker twice a week, one hour for cleaning and one hour for ironing. Lottie says she feels safe in the knowledge that for her care package a CRB checked support worker is visiting her. She also enjoys the company of the ladies who visit.
