Our Background

Complete Care Services (CCS) is a domiciliary care agency established in 1989 providing homecare services to people in their own homes. We have three offices spread around Lancashire: in Preston, Burnley and Pendle, and in Rossendale.

We provide an excellent standard of homecare services to people across a wide range of ages who need support in their own homes, in all aspects of personal and domestic care.

We fully take into consideration the individual needs of our customers.

We offer our services 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days per year.

Complete Care Services Offices

Each office has its own management team and group of support  workers. The management is varied with a good mix of backgrounds and knowledge. Each have management  qualifications, experience and a wide range of skills between them.

Each site has a dedicated team of domiciliary care support workers. All staff receive extensive and varied training including a comprehensive induction programme, covering the Skills for Care Common Induction Standards which informs them about health and safety, and the principles that make a good care team.

Staff receive regular training in Safeguarding adults, Medication Management and Infection Control, and National Vocational Qualification or Diplomas where appropriate to name just a few! For more information about our homecare support workers please visit the Your Support Workers page.

CCS is a fully accredited preferred provider of domiciliary care for Lancashire County Council and also registered and inspected with the Care Quality Commission, where our last inspection reports can be found.

Company Information

The Complete Care Services Group is owned by Mr MacDonald, who has overall responsibility for the three sites. Mr MacDonald sits down with his Executive Team on a regular basis to discuss the way forward, current issues and best practice initiatives.
