I would like to mention Tony. I met him the day my father died. I found it very comforting indeed to know that my dad had been visited by such a kind and caring man during the last two days of his life. Please thank him.

The family of Mrs. J wish to thank very sincerely the carers who have attended her daily for several years. I would personally like to thank Sandra and Irene for their excellent standard of care and consideration they always showed to my mother-in-law. Over the years they had formed a loving as well as caring bond, and Mrs J very much appreciated their friendship.

Please convey my special thanks to them and also the  standard of service you showed as a team it made my position somewhat easier especially being 70 miles away.

I would like to thank the staff of Complete Care Agency for the kindness and care that they have shown over the last few years whilst caring for my mother. Without their interventions she would not have managed to stay in her home for as long as she did. Sadly we have all decided that the safest option now is for Mother to be cared for within a residential setting and so she is now residing at a nursing home.

I am unable to thank all the carers individually, so l would be grateful if you would pass on my thanks. They have all been a credit to your organisation and should be congratulated.

Thank you for the beautiful flowers you sent for my Dad we all saw them as we came out of the Cremation Service, it was a lovely thought.

I also want to thank all of you for your support and care for both Dad and Mum during these last difficult years. Now they are together and although we feel very sad, we try to keep that thought in mind

Thank you all very very much, and l very much appreciated W being at the funeral.

I wanted to write to express my gratitude to you and your staff for the kindness and care that you all showed her – and all the family during the time you looked after her. Your staff made the last months of her life as comfortable and pain free as they could be and I know she was very fond of all the carers who visited.

We are all very sad and shall miss her greatly though we have many happy memories of wonderful times with her and we shall hang onto these the most.

The family of Mrs D would like to thank you for the kind words, messages of sympathy, and donations received at the time of our sad loss, and also for your prayers and support throughout her illness.

Just a note to say thanks to you all for the care and kindness you gave to my mum

As you know, she was admitted to hospital on Monday, in a last effort to get some fluids into her system. Even though she was put on a drip, blood tests showed that further efforts would have been futile and would merely have prolonged the inevitable. However, I will never forget the remarks made by the doctor at the hospital on that Monday evening. She said, having examined your mother, it is obvious to me that she has been immaculately cared for.

The consultant who telephoned me on the Tuesday evening after she returned home expressed similar sentiments. He said that, having viewed your mum’s medical records, history and condition, he was just amazed that she had survived for so long after the stroke and again, this could only be attributable to the high level of care which had been noted by himself and other members of staff attending my Mum.

I’m very happy that I took the decision to look after my mum at home. I don’t think she would have been as well cared-for anywhere else.

So again, thank you to all at the agency. We couldn’t have managed without you.

I would like to thank you all for your care given to my mother, Mrs B over the last 5 and half years. She has come to regard you not just as carers, but as friends. She would be pleased to see any of you who wish to visit her in the nursing home!

Thank-you so much for the girls who paid their respect to my mum. Thanks also for the care and kindness you all gave during each visit. I know you all thought a lot about my mum and will miss her. We all had some laughs with my mum, so we all have a lot of happy memories! 

I first had carers coming into my parents several years ago, they are now both in their eighties and in ill health.

It was immediately apparent that all carers attempted to forge relationships with them rather than simply providing a service. This resulted in my parents trusting and befriending peoples other than our immediate family for the first time. My mother in particular looked forward to her daily conversations with her carer.

Every member of the care agency staff who have worked for us have been honest, reliable and punctual and of the highest standards of cleanliness. They are extremely scrupulous is completing their log book daily detailing all tasks undertaken even down to the moods and health of my parents. This alone has been a godsend to our family in terms of monitoring their condition.

I am the first to admit that my parent are difficult at the best of times, however the carers seems to take it into their stride and simply get on with their tasks in their usual polite manner.

I would have no hesitation in recommending your care agency to anyone requiring assistance and do so in complete confidence that it will result in yet another satisfied customer.

I am writing to you on a subject who concerns me very much, I am a victim of M.S. and for the past fourteen years I have been confined to a wheelchair, for the first few years I was quite independent but, there came a time when l needed some assistance.

This came in the shape of an agency that quite frankly was not reliable; they were habitually late and indeed often had to be called upon to turn up at all.

After some time I was introduced to a care agency they were only too willing to take me as a client, and for the first time l experienced what care was all about, “IT’S ABOUT CARING AND DEDICATION”.  l have been with the care agency now in excess of six years and everything has been of the highest standard, Efficiency is 100%, the staff will do anything for you.

In short , the care agency are to be highly recommended as a trustworthy dedicated team of cares who should be afforded the praise and accolade that is rightfully due to them.
