Complete Care Services (CCS) is a domiciliary care agency established in 1989 providing care services to people in their own homes; we have three sites spread around Lancashire: in Preston, Burnley and Pendle, and in Rossendale.

We provide an excellent standard of service to people across a wide range of ages who need support in their own homes; we provide all aspects of personal and domestic care, taking fully into consideration the individual needs of our customers. Each site has its own management team and group of support  workers.The management is varied with a good mix of backgrounds and knowledge. Each have management  qualifications, experience and a wide range of skills between them.

The Complete Care Services Group is owned by Mr MacDonald, who has overall responsibility for the three sites. Mr MacDonald sits down with his Executive Team on a regular basis to discuss the way forward, current issues and best practice initiatives.

Each site has a dedicated team of support workers. All staff receive extensive and varied, including a comprehensive induction programme covering the Skills for Care Common Induction Standards which informs them about health and safety, and the principles that make a good care team. In addition to this they also receive regular training in Safeguarding adults, Medication Management and Infection Control;and National Vocational Qualification or Diplomas where appropriate to name just a few!
